Question for Monster Hunter Freedom

Have recently begun playing, am looking for wyrven fang to update my weapons, can anyone tell me where you get it from?

To get a wyvern fang you can get it from the old lady with the big backpack or you can kill wyverns.

You can get wyvern fangs by killing wyverns or going to the old granny in the town.
