Question for Monster Hunter Freedom

Hey dudes....ummm....do I hav a good begginers set???im 2* hr1.....
Wepon:Ummm it was the one before masters dagger(assasins dagger I think)
Helmet:none
Body:Kut-Ku Mail
Waist:Kut-Ku Tassen
Legs:Blue Pants

I think you should use Great Swords, you can block with them, they are good in damage. Thats how I ended up finishing village chiefs quests

Hmm... I would suggest getting a helm, better pants (such as velociprey greaves, genprey greaves, or battle greaves). Great swords are good. I would suggest getting a poison battle axe as soon as possible (a sword and shield weapon(see a walkthrough on how to upgrade to it)). When fighting wyverns use quick weapons (such as sword and shield) to get in and out when attacking the wyverns. Use powerful weapons when fighting numerous monsters (I'd recommend a greatsword because they have a 360 degree spinning attack which is very useful if you are surrounded) such as velociprey, genprey, loprey, vespoid, ect. Hope I helped some.

You can get poisn battleaxe from assasins dagger it easy once you beat the gypcerios.
