Question for Monster Hunter Freedom

How can I get pioson sacks?
I usally get them from the Iodrome in the quest "More Coal Please!" and the Gyproces from "Slay the Gyproces!"
But I can't carve off any sacks from both off them
I need two more sacks so I can make a Poison BattleAxe, then I can follow Krazy_Kratos's directions on how to kill a Rathalos, so I can pass the urgent quest "Attack of the Ratholos", so I can get the sword behind my house. Please help me!!!

If you are not getting any poison sacs from the iodrome or the gypceros (poison sacs are mostly found around the monster's throat) you can also try the 2* guild quest Basarios: The Unseen Peril and try carving a poison sac from his throat or sometimes in the rewards screen. Here, this is also an addition to killing a rathalos. When you see the rathalos throw a paintball and run. Wait a little bit because sometimes he runs away and then start using your flash bombs. When he is dazed wait a little bit, if he doesn't turn around go up to the side of his face and keep slashing his face. If you think the rathalos is going to stay around a liitle bit in the same area set your pitfall trap ( do not set the trap in area 9, make sure your weapon is sharpened all the way because you will be slashing him alot). Stay behind the pitfall trap when you think he is going to run at you. Eventually he will run away to go to sleep in the cave, follow him immedietly and don't let him go to sleep. When he shoots a fireball go around him and keep slashing him and he will eventually die.
