You can get them from quests. If you don't have any quests high enough to get the bones try and get hr2 and do the Kut Ku Arena and beat a couple of kut ku to get the bones as reward.

Do four star guild quest like land shark or storm of kut ku, I have gotten monster bone+'s from both of those as rewards

Or if yur to lazy just kill some blue kut kus and get there ears after that just go to that little veggie elder dude in the FnH and trade that with him hope that helpsa ^-^
