First of all, that monster is in monster hunter freedom 2.
I'm just suggesting , you should improve iron katana until it reaches eagle cleaver and then if you don't know where to find electro sac or thunder bug juice , electro sac is what you get when kill or capture a khezu... And for thunder bug juice ,you have to take Dragon wood or Dragon moss to the old man in Snowy Mountain in gathering mission.... It will be as easy as cutting hot a knife through butter if you use devil slicer .....This is alll I could tell ....,Sorry if it can't help you.......
