How do you get a leg monster bone and wyveryn fang

If leg you mean 'lrg' or large monster bone, you can usually get them as a reward for killing a wyvern like rathalos, rathian or any other large wyvern. You can get wyvern fangs and claws in rewards too. I get them all the time killing Rathalos.

If your talking about a ceanatuar leg kill a ceanataur then carve near it's legs.
