Silver Fang Serpent Blade is probably your best bet, although items will require some searching/killing you should get them so you can finally upgrade it into Golden Serpent Blade with over 900 attack power. White V Scales and Hide you will need for that can be found on the Village Elder Quest: 'Revenge of the Yian Garuga' which is the replacement to 'Rage of the Yian Garuga' quest once you kill 7/8 of them. 'Revenge...' is a G Rank Quest and therefore you can get G Rank Carves.
