The last one is the phenoix which you can get by talking to the kid in Nibelhiem and agreing to look for the 7 wonders of Nibelhiem. The first wonder is how the water supply turned blood red, check the huge water barrel in the middle of the town by climbing the ladder and you will see that it is a materia and you get the Phenoix materia.
