Ok heres the thing I heard from my friend that there are dragon bombs and dragon bomb+,first of all is there dragon bombs and if so how do you make them,second of all will they do decent damage to the first gravios you fight?

Theres no such thing as dragon bombs. Maybe he's talking about #2, people can easily get mixed up considering theres like 4 difrent types of Monster Hunter Freedom. There is, however, dragon ammunition thats very power for bowguns although you need a certain type of bowgun.
