How can i finish the 2nd mission ....

Ok here, roy said on the phone:

"Were going to scout for soldiers with grudges against gene."
"Listen to what the enemy is saying. Then, once you've found
Someone ripe for the picking, grab and bring 'em back to the truck. "
"there are several ways to knock them out...
- shoot them with your Mk22 or in a chokehold..

How can I do this?? I can't finish this mission, I'm stuck
I heard a guard speaking wierd, and I just shoot him and he fell..
I drag him outside until I put him down beside the truck..
And thats it.. But nothing happened..

What am I suppose to do?? Or what should I do
Next? What right thing am I suppose to do??
please help for a newbie.. Thankyou so much

Comment:(Dec 18 2009) thanks Dragonx254, i just found it myself that first of all you should sneak to a guard and listen to what he says about opposing to gene.. i picked the wrong person, haha lol.. sorry guys im still really newbie.. Love yah.. Thnaks again

Make sure you drag him to the very back of the truck, a cut scene should occur.
