You can find the other jewels on the cave where the hermit opened for you , on the side of the cave near the lake , where there was once fallen trees . It's like a maze , many exits connecting to another cave . You can find there the 3 red jewels , and a yellow , green and purple jewel too . good luck !

I got 3 red jewels in the cave but masami is not giving me red jewel
