Cutting The Grass For Fodder

How do you cut the grass to make fodder for your lifestock? I fertilized the area and it grew I tried to cut it with the sickle but it wouldn't do anything. Does it need to grow to a certain height? Please help immediatly!!

Actually, you don't. In this game, you don't need to do any of that. You just need to talk to them to raise their happiness. The sickle doesn't do anything but clear the field of unwanted weeds. The game automatically feeds them.

Chicken - The eggs are automatically sent to market unless you want to make mayonnaise (which you take the egg and put in the mayonnaise machine and put the mayonnaise in the shipping bin for market)

Cow - The milk is automatically sent to market unless you want to make cheese (which you take the milk and put in the cheese machine and put the cheese in the shipping bin for market)

Sheep - They are sheared every Friday. Show up on the first Friday after you get them at about 5pm. You will see them sheared. After that, it is done automatically, you don't have to bother with anything after that.
