You CAN I'm not completely sure exactly how but you can. I've got it.
The hall of fame points arent the same as loyalty points so what I did is I played as chelsea and brought some players and before each match I saved it and if I lost then I would restart the game untill I won and you keep on doing it. It should take 2-3 seasons to get sugar daddy
