You can't unlock the holy knight as a job for normal people only some specific people have holy knight like Agrias and Delita!!!!!!!!!!

Yes you cant.. But you can unlock some new char in FFT psp(cuz in ps, they are not available) the onion knight and the dark knight.. And some new allies too..
