There is a way for the manager mode so for example you were charlton as they don't have a large start amount so before you start your career go to transfers and add players like messi, ronaldo or even rooney and start the career and as soon as you do just transfer list them and sell them to the highest bidder

This is how to earn lot's of money. Before creating a new manager career, keep transferring lots of good players to the team you're going to use until it says "You can't have more than 30 players on a club" or that sort of thing. When you begin your manager career, immediately sell like all players you don't want to use, before the transfer season is over, leaving the team with 11 starters and like 4 or 5 substitutes.
