How do you do the thing on the bottom of the move list every character has one and the button combos are B and C I know the other combos like up E and down E but the BC just does make any sense I have also tried pushing buttons on training/practice because it lists what buttons you press but still I have not figured it out can CAN ANY ONE HELP!

When your life gets to the final bar use first R then L within 2 sec...B C command would work 100%. It works only if the life turns red understand that.
