I believe you go to chptr.5 and you play the mission with gokus face on it.
Its at the beginning of 7 or the super buu fight at the end of 6 top row but it's most likely to be the one at the end of 6
In the chapter 3,at the second battle with frieza there will be a choice question that you may know.Select option B and then you will be able to fight with vegeta.After the battle you will unlock ssj3 goku.
You will get SSJ3 Goku when you beat him in Chapter 7's first level. Im 100% sure
