In "Dragon Road or story mode, Janemba and kid buu are duking it out, and I'm playing as Kid Buu, but every time I try to use a multi-energy blast attack, or Super Attack such as Kamehameha wave, Janemba won't hold still! How do I beat Janemba using Kid Buu?

The best thing to do is to use this move called assault rain while is ki or energy bar is below 3 because he won't be able to teleport. If you know how to teleport then do it.
You can use his ultimate move at full charged and then if he blocks use the assault rain attack.Repeat as necessary.
P.S. You can also use the teleport move by pressing R (as many times as your ki will allow)just after you knock him a long distance away.
