There are fish on a line that are frozen, find em and defrost them with your flamethrower. You kind of have to time this but go to the edge of the water and watch for the fish to jump up and eat the defrosted fish. When he's stuck go for it, you should make it, but if your timing is off he might get you when you are a couple of feet away, like what he did to me >=(.

Hi if you are refering to the part where you have to jump across the water and there are big blue and yellow fish then there is a solution!! There are fish hanging in blocks of ice and they are on a conveyer belt. By the side of this there is green gas for your gun, grab the green gas and defrost the fish on the conveyer belt and and then watch the big fish get distracted by the bait and you jump across the water by hoovering with the green gas! It worked for me and hopefully it will work for you!! Let me know!!
