Ok, first just dodge all of the attacks by jumping to a different platform. Once he stops attacking and moves onto the feild above a weird like vent that is blowing out a purple like gas, spray it with fire and it will explode on him. Repeat till battle arena changes. Now just dodge all the attacks until he attacks all of the platforms at the same time. Now find the green orbs and fly to each one and find a wheel. Spray it with fire to lower the liquid and return to the platforms and repeat. Finally, when he is on a barrel like thing and charging up for an attack, hit him with the energy blast. He will fly off and the barrels will form a path. Follow them and they will lead you to him, attack him and repeat 2 more times and you beat him.
