Hello there, I've gotten passed the bar now down in the basement can't get the second flame going for the web. Please let me know how to get past the web with that second flame it just just not come out and I can't figure it out where to get that flame...

All you have to do is find the nearest flame to the web, it usually isn't to far. Spray the bug spray at it and it will catch fire, don't let go of the spray button or your flame will die. Walk as fast as you can to the web before the pressure reaches max or the flame will die as well.
