Stuck in Construction Site

I'm new to the PSP and the games, need help getting out of the construction site. I'm up over the 'river' and the wrecking ball takes out the 'walkway', I can see that there's a 'tunnel' below but I can't get there. Help?!

Hi - When the wrecking ball takes out the walkway, there is a metal grid hanging down just infront of where the walk way has been destroyed , jump below this and you will hang from it, move the cursor forward and at the corner move it left. Your timing must be spot on though as the wrecking ball can knock you off.
