When you break the indicated number of seals the correponding seal will become available.
Unlock Northwest Seal:
After you have broken 4 seals (5th one will be the Boss).
Unlock Northeast Seal:
After you have broken 8 seals (9th one will be the Boss).
Unlock South Seal:
After you have broken 12 seals (13th one will be the Boss).
