Easy 'That's A Two-fer' Trophy

You will get this Trophy when you find the two item boxes at the end of any Act 1. In the video below they are in Green Hill Zone where you simply have to knock the Sonic/Dr. Eggman sign into the big sunflower on the right, and between the purple flowers on the left.
