How to get The Shadow Falls Quest
The final quest you need to complete at Vellosk is The Shadow Falls quest and to unlock it you must first reach Level 31 at Doomguide Soulhearth in Ebon Downs. In order to do this you will need to accept the Back Up From Ebon Downs quest and is completed by returning to the Protector's Enclave and reporting what happened in Ebon Downs to Sergeant Knox.
