I am stuck on the last bit at the dam (Irean) can you help me?

I'll take you through exactly what I did at this part of the level.

I took the first door you see, and send my men to the door on the left. Tell them to frag/flash and clear, and then open the door, and take them all out.

Once all are dead, go to the PC on the other side of the room, and get Jung to hack it, but only press 'A' when they are there also, because it will give you more time. The other guy (forgotten his name) will go behind the box, and you should stand to the right of Jung, looking over to the left where the staircase is.

One guy will come down the staircase, kill him, and then use the heat sensing goggles, looking through the shelves on the left, and take out the men, as they all come down the same repel. Once they stop going down the repel, help the other guy eliminate the terrorists on the right. When this is complete, Jung should soon finish hacking the computer, and the door will be unlocked, thus allowing you to trail Irena Morales. Head up the stairs, using a frag/smoke or flash to kill the guy behind the metal board at the top, otherwise you will die due to blindfire.

Go around the room at the top, and through the door, and when you come to a huge room, with a lot of terrorists, DO NOT rush in, wait with your guys by the door, aiming up your victims, and then pop out and shoot them. When you are sure the room is empty, head through, and go through the door opposite, under the other set of stairs. Once you see Irena, kill her, and theres your checkpoint; ready for the final part of the game. To blow up the missile!

Trade in for a shield. Stack your team at the door across from the box, and proceed to the door at the other end, on the right of the box. Equip your shield and thermal goggles. One foe awaits you on the left side of the stage. Take him out, and prepare for four more on the right side. When they’re all focused on you, unleash your team to flank them from the side. Proceed toward the waypoint for another tough skirmish.

Keep your shield/pistol out and set Jung to hack the computer below. Get into position to the right of the console and pull up your shield, because the battle will be brought to you after your team starts working. They will rappel from the right and left frequently, with reinforcements to deal with from the sides of the map. Without moving far from your position, take them out as quickly as you can. Their objective is to destroy the computer, not to kill you, so don’t leave them alive for too long. Thermals help a great deal in this section. If Michael falls, remember, you’ll have to unequip your shield in order to heal him, so do it if you’re absolutely sure it’s clear. After Jung delivers a short exchange of words, head upstairs on the right side with extreme caution. Kill two more enemies before proceeding. Toss a grenade from the middle of the stairway to the entrenched terrorist’s position for an easy clear. Head upstairs, past the large set of windows, and towards the metallic barricaded door for a checkpoint.

Your team will automatically regroup, so head through the newly opened door and prepare to take down Irena. Follow a few hallways into another assault. Fight through a few waves of resistance from the doorway, firing through the window panel on the right, as well as the doorway on the left. Send your team in to mop up the few hiding in spots unattainable from you position. When cleared, follow the stairways up to the second floor to kill Irena and to trigger a conversation. When she finally dies, take her Glock-18 pistol (it’s a one of a kind, and this is the only place to receive this awesome automatic pistol for future use). Enter the elevator to activate the final chapter of the game.
