I am stuck on the last bit at the dam (Irena) can you help me? Is there a time limit. Sometimes I have plenty of time and other times it's over quickly.

Yeah, no problem.

Uhm, basically, when you enter the room, take the obvious door, and send your guys to the other, making them flashbang the door. The terrorists attention will go to that door, open yours, take them out, and move into the room.

There's the computer at the back (no time limit), but the next section will be triggered as soon as you reach that area, so make sure Kahn or whatever his face is called, is at the pc, before you get there. In that small compartment, I recomend sitting yourself to the riight of the computer, (in the small space, crouching down) where you have the wall to the right for cover, and you can look left, and take out the people that come down the fast rope. Use your heat sensor thing (d-pad right) and as the enemies come down the rope, take them out. No need to move your curser.

Secondly, your other team player, you should have situated beside that box, just outside the little PC area, so he can take out a few of ther guys that come from the right, and hold them off until all the guys on the left are eliminated. Then help your team mate kill the remaining guys on the right hands side. (Note if you attempt to go up the stairs before you kill them, Irena will escape). Now go up the sairs, (save a grenade, because the blindfire dude is hard to get), and a route should open up, where you follow Irena, kill a few hundred thousand more guards, then pop a cap in her ass.
