Where's the prophet?

Where's the prophet?
I know he's supposed to be across the Dibella chapel in Anvil. I have the Game of the Year Edition. But he's not there. I even checked youtube videos to find him, but not even his bed is there. Am I supposed to do something in the main quest? Because there is no guard in front of the chapel, and the prophet and his bed is no where to be found.

Well, the Prophet, if we are talking about the person who will start you to the "Knight of the Nine" mission series, is in the front of the main gate of the church, in an open building with a lot of columns.
