The gate of madness is the one the gatekeeper gards and you'll have to kill him before you can go though them, the part you enter 1st is called the frenge, but is part of the shivering isles.
Theres 3 ways to battle the gate keeper one on one (not recoerminded for low levels), find the kjite that talks about bones or talk around to find out about it's mother's teirs will hurt it and there 1 women in there (i can't rember her name) that is the mother.
The mother tears are truned in to posons for your wepon and will take out a few of the gate keepe's abilertis same bones are truned into arrows that relly hurt and take out his helth regenerating abilerts.
And the one on one if you can hit him hard and fast enther thats you'll out do his helth regenertin' you can kill him that way.
But there is the 4th opp and it takes the most time and that's all three.
