Ok, it's all realy simple. To defeat Iblise, all you hav to do is to use your psychokenisis at the start, or any other thing when he throws the rocks. Stand on the edge of the foothold and catch as many as you can, when you hav, thro them at him one by one, then go on to using the ones you are given.

When it arrives to the part with the large lava ball, you don't hav to break it or let it smash, just simply catch it and throw it bak at him, which will reduce his hp by a large amount. The main goal is the strike his head 2/3 times, if you do not do this, then your attacks will become useless.
