No rfom works like Ratchet and Clank with skill points to unlock cheats although these cheats only give things like art packs some skins and stuff like big head mode.
There are no cheats in this game, it'll ruin the game entirely. The only unlockable things are skins, in order to obtain these you need skill points from campaign or level up on the online play.
