What's the quickest way to turn evil in the game?

Actually there is no good/evil ratio. Although if you want to be bad, just go around killing people.

There is no way to turn "evil". Alex is wanted by the military and is chased by the infected, so he has no side to take. If you want to feel evil then consume harmless pedestrians or get in a tank/helicopter and blow up crowds of people or cars.
