I got the cheats, now where is the title screen. Is it the title then it says press start? Does that mean I can only use the cheats starting a new career? How do I use them in my career started already.

When you go to the main menu you just enter them at the title screen you don`t have to start a new career.

For the most part, you cannot use the cheats, such as the 10K dollar boost cheat once you've started a career. Sorry mate.
