Ok so I just got Metal Gear Solid 4 Rising gun patriots
So I got to play a new game and it loads and then goes to some stupid videos that don't belong in this game so can someone help me please

That is a normal occurrence wait through those 5 min an your game will start. Mr. Kojima put those in to "advertise" the in game pmc's. This is meant to draw the player into the world of mgs 4 Presumably as snake watching television before the first mission ( where the game begins after the advertisements).
P.s. You will find out about the "2 [or so] [days/hours] earlier" part after progressing through the main segment of the game.
