Ok from my understanding in order to get the big boss emblem, you must have no kills including bosses. Well how do you beat Vamp and Revolver Ocelot (Liquid) without getting a kill on you? All and any help will be useful and appreciated. Thanks!

You don't kill either bosses while fighting them so your ok.
Also I would reccomend using the stealth camo for this nearly unreachable goal and try doing it on easy mode to lower damage delt by vamp.
Well... Liquid doesn't count as a kill. And to kill Vamp, DON'T SHOOT HIM! Put him in a CQC chokehold (Hold R1) and stab him with the Syringe (can't spell) by pressing triangle with them equiped. Don't listen to akiba's answer, as you can't use the Stealth item (or Bandana) because it is a special item, and you must be playing on The Boss Extreme difficulty. But the Patriot Assault Weapon is worth it. If you don't have the Bandana. Curse you 5,000,000 Drebin Points... CURSE YOU!
Dude to get the big boss emblem you need to beat the game on big boss extreme and use NO STEALTH CAMO OR INFINITE AMMO BANDANA also get no alerts use no recovery items like rations and no continues just stun the bosses but don't kill them killing gekkos are fine they don't count as kills since there unmanned weapons
What xxposeidonxx said is correct but you also have to beat the game in under 5 hours
