I've got all the DA members but during that time I talked to snape.now I'm stuck,when I talk to ron and hermione they tell me to go to the library and go into the potion section.where is the potion section?

I only just read it and I'm not sure if it's right but you should go all the way into the restricted section then just stay on your left it should either be all the way in the back left corner or in the shelf before that. Different systems differ the gameplay.

Go to the restricted area and look at the left row. You'll see a book which like monster.
