I defeated the game on co-op and I went to the first level and got reapers.then I saved and went to campaign.i checked my weapons and I dodnt have them.do I have to start all over to have the reapers and the extra weapons in the end?

Yes you clear it on 1 mode then do it on the sme mode but different diffuculty n you shud av you're wepons still and new upgrades

You only can get the extra weapons if you beat the campaign mode. As for the co-op, it will only be unlocked for co-op mode after you beat co-op once.
