There is no more scouting

In order for Scouting to happen, first you must be a team that doesn't have a very strong squad (ie; not a lot of players) EPL teams will never have a scout working because they have a lot of players in their squad.

So if you're a lower rated team (ie; 3.5 stars or lower) then just go to transers, and "buy players" and then leave everything in the list, just go down to see "Scout Picks" and select "yes" or "on" (which ever it is) and then press triangle to return to the top

I can't seem to put "in controls" my finesse shot on L1 in attack and my change player in defence on L1 at the same time. Anyone know why?

I find it quite ridiculous because now that most people have seen how in real life teams like Barcelona and Arsenal and Santos are bringing talented players up, we would of liked to play with teams like them to try do the same but this year they decided to take it off.

I preferred the layout on fifa 07, it was more user friendly and just better in every possible way

No you can not scout on fifa 11 for some reason I think this is a bad idea because if you do lots of seasons all the players will retire and how will you play then? 😱
