All right, I know these guys cheat with more health!

Dark_Bird505 or whoever answered my "More health cheat" question, you can't say they're are no "more health cheats" now because I shot a grenade from a grenade launcher and it slammed the guy directly on his head and I know this because the guy who killed me wasn't him but another guy who was in the house while the guy I shot was on the porch and it showed the grenade hitting his head as the guy that killed me switched from his Model 1887 to his ACR and put his round almost all into me but quite a lot missed, and the guy that I shot with a grenade didn't even die, but the guy in the house got blood splattered across the screen...

It's a thing called "Painkiller"
It's a deathstreak, which gives you massive health for 10 seconds after respawning. So much that you can take several headshots from a sniper.
Another possibilty is your connection. If it's really bad, it can take a while for the damage to register, giving the other guy enough time to kill you.
It would happen with I think the G36c in Cod4 with a Grenade Launcher, it would take a whole second for the damge to register, more than enough for the other guy to kill you

Ah, I completely forgot painkiller.

Crazy Cheats is completely correct. Painkiller is well, a pain. You are basically immortal for the first ten seconds you respawn, then after that, you can die. It's really annoying, and if you were shooting at them, you should have gotten the painkiller sign showing they have that.

If you get close enough to someone using painkiller they will die straight away if you stab then same goes for sentry guns

I don't think it gives you that much health. I killed a guy with a m9 in about 3 to 4 shots close range at rust and killed him 2 shots kill head shot sniper wa2000. And theres no extra health cheat...i think. And did it show the sign tell in comment.
