You have to drive your 4-wheeler up one of the crates that lead to the ground, then go straight over the ship. If you're inside the ship, then you need to go to the end and jump on the filecabinets that make a sort of ladder.

cant figure out how to get past shipwreck in the dessert. This answer isn't helping. Capt said something about blasting my way threw. Please help
