When playing as tail naruto use rasengan twice on the enemy your storm gauge will be full now use ultimate super damage you win this works against anyone

If you want to see how much damage a ultimate jutsu at max storm can do go to free battle mode and connect a second controller. Choose your character and pick kabuto as an opponent. Now hit kabuto until he is on his last health gauge but don't fill your storm gauge all the way yet. Now use kabuto's super recovery mode (awakened mode) when it's over wait until use it again and repeat until he has all his life now hit him a few more times so you max out the storm gauge and hit him with the ultimate jutsu. If you don't have a second controller you will have to switch slots by holding the ps button until a screen appears and go to controller settings or something

In the start of the battle use naruto's wind attack (square for those who don't know)then rush him and use your circle combo attack. Use this continually. Please make notice that his speed is increased so play diligently. Use vermillion rasengan stage 1 (his ultimate jutsu doesn't work in this battle for some reason)when his life is low. Just keep in mind that you must try and dodge his combos for they drain a lot of energy. This method worked for me and I beat this game in a day.
