Getting 1st Draft Pick
Start a franchise and complete the regular season and make the playoffs with the trade deadline turned off. Then in the Wild Card round of the playoffs trade your 1st, 3rd and 6th round picks to the team that finished with the worst record in exchange for their 1st, 2nd and 3rd round picks.
