Say you fell of a building and you fall in the water well if you need to make a phone call for help well you can't because the game won't let you when you are in water so I advise you not to go in the water when you need your phone
This is not a cheat, go to the internet cafe and oppersit

When your at the tower (Liberty State Pavillion Towers)
Go to the very top and run up to the opening in the floor. Run up against the wall and keep walking into it. Youl just keep walking down the tower.
2) first get the advance weapons get the machine gun then go to the area next to the highway that has 3 stories (sorry it's not specific) then go to any floor (my fav. 3rd) if on 3rd floor there are 2 ladders the cops mainly climb up 1 shoot then with pistol (once you shoot them they let go of the ladder and fall to there death) also you need go use a machine gun or bazooka on the helicopters if you use the machine gun on the helicopter look at the side of the helicopter and the machine gun target will lock on to one guy and when you have killed him he will fall out of the helicopter do the same with the other side
1) first get the cheat for advance weapons then get the machine gun.(go to your safe house) first use the pistol to shoot at the water heater (water will come out)to get some stars (or use raise wanted level cheat) then cop will come in shoot them see how long you can last. Enjoy!!:D
I just now descovered this first you go to the swings in the south slopes and try to get you car under it then it should push you into blue hell. Enjoy.
With brian you don't need any weapons apart from the 3rd and final thing you help him with. You need a weapon for all of the missions for random people apart from cherise and llyena faustin. You can use fist's as you don't need to kill anyone. You don't need a weapon for jeff, sara and marnie. All the help you do for these mean you need no weapon at all. I would strongly reccomend you to carry at least a pistol around everywhere with you and go to the gun shop if you need more ammo. I normally use a machine gun for gracie as you kill more than one person. The rest you mainly only need a pistol. Make sure you collect the money that the dead guys drop as the money could be classed as a reward in some way.
First hail a normal taxi, get in it like a normal passenger and select your destination, when you get 2 your destination, pay the fare and then get out and run to the front of the taxi to stop it moving forward, get your pistol or shotgun or uzi or AK-47 out (pistol works best and the ammo is cheaper than the other guns) aim at the taxi drivers head and shoot him (WARNING: the now dead taxi driver might accelarate hard and run you over but wont kill you if you have full health) (if this happens just get up and follow the runaway taxi till it stops, it doesnt go far any way) pull the taxi driver out of the taxi and collect the cash around his body, this cash always covers the fare you just paid and also gives you a bit more, neat hey?
There is a secret sports car on the 3rd island on gta4 it is at the old mansion, behind the 2 garages(enjoy!).
For anyone who is actually going to use cheats in this game, use the car cheats. Cycle through all of them, and find one that really fits your likings. Start using it from there on out in the game, and get used to how it handles in all weather conditions. Seeing as you will be driving around a lot, getting used to it will help you out later with things such as car chases. I personally favor the SuperGT, but the FBI Buffalo ends up helping with the horn on it.
During a good few missions in this game, you'll be forced to follow someone in a car without them knowing you're there. It can become difficult to tell exactly how far away you should be. Well, here's a small tip to keep you in just the right spot. Stay 2 car lanes away at the least, and for the most, you'll need to pay attention to your radar. Keep the car you're following right near the edge of your radar.
Though it's not always needed, if you ever need to snipe with a rifle, always go with the Combat Sniper rifle. Combined with it's high rate of fire and wide range of vision in the scope, it makes for a deadly weapon in any situation. For those of you who can't easily tell the difference between the rifles, the Combat Sniper rifle is the one where, while looking through the scope, you see a very small red dot in the center. Not the one with the large red dot in the center.
For anyone who knows anything about the GTA4 game, you should know that there are a ton of great cars in this game. One of the best would be the Infernus. As you may know, you can only get one through the game, as others are so rare that they're near impossible to find. A trick to get more beautiful cars such as the Infernus is to actually drive it near any ones of your safe houses. This GREATLY increases the chances of randomly running into other Infernus'. The best places to look, aside from the streets, are in parking lots. If the parking lots are big enough, the same car you're driving is almost assured.
After playing through a good bit of the game, you'll be faced with a moral choice. Kill Playboy X, or Dwayne. If you're trying to do the game without cheats, it's HIGHLY suggested that you kill Playboy X. If you kill Dwayne, you only receive 25,000 dollars, which isn't much at all in the long run. If you kill Playboy X, you get his place, a friend in Dwayne, and backup later on from Dwayne through one simple phone call if you need it. This is a MASSIVE help in tight situations.
When you find a taxi and a police car nearby each other punch the taxi. If he/she gets out to fight run in front of the police car. Let him/her punch you and the cop(s) will attempt to arrest him/her. Both police should get out. Get in the police car if both cops pursue the driver. You will get five bullets for shotgun and a shotgun if you don't already have one. The worst thing that could happen is having to escape the police.
All guns can be zoomed-in. With a zoomed-in weapon, you can easily hit your target and do a headshot especially if the target is far away from your current position. To do this, press the R3 while you are aiming then the gun will be zoomed-in. Try this with a Carbine Rifle and you'll see when it is zoomed-in, you can kill a pedestrian in one shot.
When starting the game, Be aware that in LoveMeet, Some girls can be different [Example : In my first game I did not have Susiside but in the second I did have Susiside] And you don't even know! Alex, A girl that is not on LoveMeet, Is on Craplist.Net and to find her on Craplist, Click on "Women Looking For Men" And keep on clicking until you find her with a Scarf, Sweater, And Short Blonde Hair. Alex does have an ability and it's half price clothes to all stores. Others that are on LoveMeet have abilities. SoBoHoe [Carmen] Gives you health increase. LawChick [Kiki] removes 3 wanted levels. But your friends have other abilities. Packie gives you a car bomb nearby. Roman sends you a free cab with a crappy driver that is annoying. Dyane sends gang members to help you out. Little Jacob has a little gun shop in his car and he will give you a discount on all gunshops. Stevie will accept just about any car but you have to give him 30 cars that he needs [Check hint "Stevie Knows" For details] . That is all of their abilities that is a bonus to the game.
When you're done with all 30 car thefts, Spawn a Turismo every time. After every Turismo, You get $11,000! WARNING! He does not accept Police cars, Fire trucks [they are too big and are 911 services], Hospital cars, And taxis [exept Romans taxi]. All of those cars are service cars.
For this you need a VAN OR DIESEL! First go to the triangle club, next, on the far side of the parking lot there is a building, line the van/truck parrallel and touching the side of the building, now you must climb on top of the vehicle and climb through any of the windows.

If your driving around any part of any three islands and you see an armored truck if you have a rocket launcher shoot the armored truck and watch the money spread!!!!!!!!!!!!
