Make Manager Mode easier.

To help strengthen lower ranked squads in lower divisions, when the Transfer window is open, go into "buy players" and leave the "search last name" as "none" and leave "primary attribute" as "overall" then set the "min attribute value" as a value equal to your worst player (ie; if you're a 1.5 star team, with a player of 49 as your worst, pick 49) and then put your "max attribute value" as your highest players value (if you're highest player is 66 - select that)

Then scroll down until you find the option "position" - Select which ever position you're looking for (GK - DEF - MID - ATTK) then go down to role - You can leave it as "any" to get more results, or choose a specific role within your chosen position.

Then "transfer status" and select it to "listed" or "for loan" then go down to "Max transfer value" and set that to half of what your budget is.

Do the same with "max wage value"

Then scroll down to "player age min." and select 17. Then set the "player age max." to 30.

The press triangle to return to the top & search. Then go through the results you get to find players.

Important Note; DO NOT attempt to recruit/buy players from leagues such as the English Premiership if you're team is ranked lower than 3.5 stars. The players won't think you're league is "presitigous" enough.
