Special Thanks 0-----------------------------------------------------------------------0 I. Introduction a. Author Intro Well hello and welcome to my WWE Here Comes the Pain (HCTP) Character FAQ for Tajiri. I am a huge wrestling fan and have had this game since it's release and after finishing my first ever FAQ I choose to create a Character FAQ for HCTP, and why did I choose Tajiri I hear you say? Because Tajiri is the best damn' wrestler in the WWE. He may not be the strongest or the fastest wrestler in the game but I think that he has the best moves and I enjoy using him the most. Whenever my mates come over to play Playsation we occasionally play HCTP ( we don't play HCTP alot now as we play WWE Smackdown vs Raw the more recent one ) and I'm always Tajiri and I always kick their butts with Tajiri. It especially helps that I have all his stats maxed out to ten which gives him a total of 100!! Yeah!! Anyway on other terms I hope that this FAQ helps you with some of Tajiri moves as well as strategies and other information. So I hope you have fun reading this FAQ and let's move on. b. Name: Tajiri Nicknames: Yoshihiro Tajiri, Aquarius, The Japanese Buzzsaw Height: 5'7" Weight: 205 lbs Hometown: Tokyo, Japan Finishing Move: The Japanese Buzzsaw Career Highlights: ECW Television Champion ECW Tag Team Champion WCW U.S Title Cruiserweight Champion Light-Heavyweight Champion United States Champion Tag Team Champions with Eddie Guerrero The Japanese Buzzsaw, A veteran of 10 years, played his way into the WWE as Commissioner Regals assistant where his duties consisted of making tea for Regal. When Regal finally let Tajiri wrestle in the ring he was amazed by Tajiris excellent displays of wrestling basics and martial arts expertise. Within five months Tajiri had won the Cruiserweight, Light-Heavyweight and WCW US title. He even had something going on with Torrie Wilson for a while! b. Styles and Entrance Styles Entrance Fighting Style: Tajiri Movie: Tajiri Running Style: Normal Moves: Tajiri Walking Style: Normal Music: Tajiri Winning Style: Tajiri c. Stats Tajiri's Original stats 6 7.5 5.5 6 7.5 Tajiri's Recommended stats 7 7.5 7 6.5 7.5 The main things that you should first update is his strength and endurance. Or if you want a really good Martial Art's Submission wrestler you should also update his submission rating. But for those of you like me who are willing to put in the hard yards can max. out his stats all to ten for the ultimate wrestler. Trust me it's worth it. d. Strategies Strategies against big, strong people who Tajiri can't lift. Examples - Big Show - Brock Lesnar - Triple H - Rikishi etc. As you can't lift these people don't even think about trying any power moves because you won't even be able to lift them. Use your kicks alot and aim for a minimum of three or four specials. When you have one finisher ready peform Tajiris finishing move the Japanese Buzzsaw then keep wrestling like before and then when you have another finisher lined up peform another Japanese Buzzkick and then keep using your kicks and other moves up until when you have another two finishers ready. Then steal their finisher ( when in the correct postion hold L2 and then press L1 ) and then pin them. Also remember that you can expose the turnbuckles to Irish whip them into the exposed turnbuckle which does cause more damage. You can also fight outside the ring. If you do fight outside the ring remember to Irish whip them into the barracade ( the thing that seperates the wrestlers from the crowd ) and then use an arrow and circle whilst there leaning on it to peform a move using the barracade as a weapon. You won't get disqualified and also remeber to Irish Whip them into the steel steps. You will also want to taunt to raise your Smackdown meter faster and if you use these tatics your sure to win. Strategies against normal people that Tajiri can lift. Examples - Eddie Guerrero - The Hurricane - Rey Mysterio - Christian These people you can lift so you can use your power grapples this time round. Instead of going for two Japanese Buzzkicks and stealing your opponents finsher like you would if you were wrestling someone Tajiri couldn't lift, this time your aiming for around three Japanese Buzzkicks and if you want too you could steal their finisher ( It's a nice way to embarrass your opponent ). You also still want to use Tajiri's kicks and mainly use the same tactics as in the above section, " Strategies against big, strong people who Tajiri can't lift. " Oh, there is one more thing though. Because you can lift your opponent be sure to powerbomb them through the announcers table at ringside. You also don't get disqualified for doing this which is always a good thing. These are some of Tajiri's good moves that I use alot in a match.
