In the level downtown, Go to the entrance where the cars come through and walk to the right side and go to the very last set of bushes. It should be small, large, small plant. If you see that then your in the right place. Stand right in front of the large plant and turn the camera so where your looking through the bush. Your guy should be bald. If you don't complete this then ask a question and ill respond!
