When yu start in evergreen terrace go straight past the kiki mart up the right side of the hill and you will see Smither's apartment.You will see No Stopping and No Dumping.go through it and you will the blue rings it will be barney,movie theater guy,captin. Pick him up and he will say smither's apartment so drop him of and go to the same place were you got him and they will want to go to Smither's apartment to so drop him off and go to the same place and so on you get the point.(do not turn around go in reverse or forward because when you get far you will have only 7 seconds!So ya)continue this process until you get all of the money you need! CATION:you will need to get a snack when you get the money you need because I got to 20,000 and I had three minutes (I just drove around)
