At the end of arcade mode (either single or team play mode) you can have an extra/bonus fight against Omega Rugal right after defeating the final boss, here are the conditions to reach him :

Beat the entire game with no continues

Defeat the final boss with a Desperation move of any level

Leave at least 80% life remaining or at least 2 surviving team members (in team play mode)

Note : this fight is one-time only and the game will conclude and go into credits roll afterwards regardless of the outcome.
