Unlock LSD Kit:
Win the Akagi Battle race.
Unlock Power Up:
Win the Myogi Battle race.
Unlock Suspension Kit:
Win the Hakone Short Battle race.
Unlock Super Power Up:
Win the Mini Circuit Special race.
