Get out of widows patch (Multiplayer only)
Make sure that at least one of your enemies can throw you, go to widows patch. Once there stand under the saloon / bar, now if someone throws you, you will land inside of the saloon (make sure not to roll out of it when getting up), on the second floor, just walk out the back and your free!
